It doesn't matter. Whenever you feel like it. This is again, one of those subjective things. Some couples become sexually active very quickly. Others wait and wait and wait. There's only way that's "right" is the way the couple in question wants it, and if the parties involved in the couple have disagreements, they either compromise or break up.
This is why I voted "other". Don't worry about "impression". Not all guys will be judgmental. Again, some couples have succeeded where sex happened even before the first date! There's no set time. Don't follow any arbitrary rules. Just do what you and your partner want. If you want to hold off on sexual activity for whatever reason, then that's fine. If you want to go right ahead and start fucking very early on, that's cool as well. It all depends on what the couple wants, subjectively.
