I wear a nightie from Victoria's secret kind of like option D but not as sexualized. It usually doesn't have a giant opening in the front like your example does. It's more like a short spaghetti strap dress and then I just toss on some bikini cut panties underneath and I'm ready for bed!

I usually end up with A or F but I just use a regular T-shirt and I don't always wear underwear so I'll either be naked or t-shirt without the underwear. Those are just the most comfortable options to me
