It's not weird at all to tear up a bit as, especially when deepthroating, his dick will be poking around at your gag reflex. If you hit it repeatedly, it'll result in a reflexive action to prevent choking. Apparently this reflex is limited to not just the epiglottis, but apparently all glands in your face as well. Including tear ducts, possibly you nasal ones as well which would explain why your nose gets a bit runny too.

Did you start deepthroating relatively recently?
