Well, sensationally speaking, I'd have to say getting, just based on the logic that getting it can get you off, whereas giving it doesn't provide any sexual stimulation to my lips and tongue, and thus, cannot get me off.

But as far as overall sexual stimulation, it's probably a tie, haha. I enjoy the aforementioned physical sensation of getting head, plus there's a very stimulating visual aspect of it.
