Personally, I don't understand the appeal. But yeah tons of guys go crazy for used panties. There are whole subreddits on Reddit of girls selling their panties and making craaaazy amounts of money. They say what they'll do with the panties too, like wear them for a week, or workout a bunch wearing them and not shower, etc etc. Again, I wouldn't pay for them myself, but it's definitely a business out there for it
To be quite honest I would not buy their used clothes. I am not into that. (no judgments) But on the same knot I might be tempted to buy/ask for clean bra or panties from some one I see around from time to time, or some students in my class at school.
