I saw my sister (20) naked at the shower I had to pee so I came in to the bathroom she was naked totally so I got erection unconciously? Is it gross?

This is a fine line to justify yes or no on is it gross or not... your intentions seem good which means you probably didn't intentionally mean to pop a boner from your sisters naked body and your worries about it which tells me you feel badly so no don't beat yourself up so much. You are a man and although I hate using that justification it is just true men will be men and if you see a woman naked I'm not surprised you get a boner... she probably is just very pretty.

It was just ur male body responding to a nude female body. In one's mind ya it's gross cuz she's ur sister but ur body unconsciously did that, not like u told Jr. to get hard.
