I wouldn't try it for a full day or anything. Mainly they are to be used when masturbating or during sex. It's definitely a good feeling for guys and girls alike. Yes you can wear it for extended periods of time. I have a Large Stainless Steel Butt Plug and i wears it approx 22 hours in a day.
Only one thing to do that is proper quantity of lube. If you want to wear it for long periods, you should lube it again when you feel dryness.
