Not at all, 90% of all women (21+) have that little belly poof. My curvy girls usually have that slight fat around the belly button and it doesn't phase me at all. I like the softness vs. a skinny girl with abs... I just have a slight issue with cellulite sometimes.
No ones perfect. It's how the whole packages looks together.
Must important thing for me and most guys is a girls face. As long as she isn't morbidly obese, I wouldn't care about a bit of chubbiness if I liked a girls personality and facial features. Boobs are definitely nice, but I personally see them more as s bonus than something that'll change my opinion.

Almost every girl has that little pouch of fat on her lower tummy, despite what magazines show you, you have important organs there that need to be protected. Don't try and get rid of it.

if the rest of your body is good then a bit of belly fat isn't the end of the world. sure I'd prefer flat but it's not an absolute must have. but if it's too much then it makes the girl unattractive, doesn't matter how big her boobs are.
