because I am straight, MMF would just be me and someone else having sex with a girl at the same time. So it wouldn't be 3 people having sex together, it would be 2 people having sex with one other person. So not only is that not a turn on for me, but neither is the idea of sharing my girl with another guy.

FFM? ideally, the girls are at least a little bisexual. For me, FFM is more about me being part of two girls having sex with each other than it is me having two girls to service me. It seems more sensual, sexier, and like more is being done to see everyone is satisfied. It is 3 people all having sex with each other. Lastly, I feel jealousy at my girl having contact with another girl. Her seeking the beauty of the feminine does not threaten me and my masculine image.
I am also very visual, so a large part of an FFM experience is me, recovering, while simply watching the two of them. Very hot.

MMF = 2 bisexual men + one woman
FFM = 2 bisexual women + one man

You may have meant:

MFM = 2 heterosexual men + one woman
FMF = 2 heterosexual women + one man

(It may not seem like it's a big deal. I suspect you'd think differently if, when invited to participate in MMF threesome, the other guy offered to fuck you in the ass.)

That said, I'm not now nor have I ever been interested in threesomes no matter how they are constituted.
