Guys, In your words, what is the difference between fake boobs and real boobs?

Both of those pairs of boobs are real, first of all.

And in my words, the difference? Just different. Not better or worse, just different. People like to say a lot of crap about fake boobies, but I don't get it. They're boobs and they're bigger than they were, how is that bad? She obviously wasn't happy with her bust size so she decided to change it, hopefully it made her happier, I see no issue with that.

Because that "after" picture is Kate Upton, she's well known for being naturally well endowed. Those are 2 different women. Also, you can tell by just looking at them, natural boobs hang lower and look "softer" than implants. Implants are usually have more separation between them and sit higher, more "perky." Usually a more rigid round shape as well.

Yeah, there are 2 or 3 different kinds of implants, depending on what the implant is made out of (saline or silicone) and whether or not it's placed on top or beneath the layer of muscle. Some are designed to hang a little lower and look more natural, others can have that really fake "plastic" look.

Fake is shit. The dont move, they stick out like a sore thumb, and it means that you hate yourself. You are too concerned with your looks that you don't have any substance. You are just a fake. What I mean by substance is that you are basically a shell, you don't have anything interesting about yourself, no hobbies, no learning beyond whatever it took to get a job, or maybe you do t have a good education.
