Two different people who happen to look alike. I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who look similar to some porn stars. Doesn't mean they are bad people just because they look like them.
It's different people. If a guy is worried about people seeing his girlfriend with him and associated that to the porn, well, then he's way too insecure.
She can't help it. About two years ago, I was told that I looked an awful lot like a certain pornstar. I looked her up on google and I was shocked myself. Same facial features, same type of body, same haircut and to make it worse, her last name was also Leigh. I got the occasional weird look from guys in public. I actually dyed my hair red and got a different cut, and the problem was pretty much solved.
It's a shame you had to go to those lengths because of another person who you didn't know...
