Never having a girlfriend does not mean you are gay. Firstly you are 18! There are people that have never had a relationship at this age. But, that does not mean they are gay. Being gay means that you have sexual feelings for the same sex, that is completely up to how your brain sees things. You could be gay but that's not from whether or not you have had a girlfriend. :) Don't worry, there's plenty of time!
