If it was my girlfriend, I wouldn't hesitate to tell her anything. I'd probably use discretion unless it was at a party or something.
If it was a female friend, I might be a bit more discrete - unless she wore clothes (much like in the first pic above) where nip-slips were virtually assured to happen. In that case, I'd keep my mouth shut and let her deal with it as she chose to.
If I went someplace wearing a small jock strap, I wouldn't be shocked to discover that my dick was on display, so, if girls are going to wear sheer tops or dresses that barely cover their nipples, they shouldn't be surprised or upset when a nipple pops out, and it shouldn't be a huge deal anyway.
Personally, among my friends, if a girl is wearing something like that, she's EXPECTING a nip-slip and chose those clothes with the possibility in mind.

ok jokes aside, I've seen some of my girl friends that either have their shirt a little too open/low or have their underwear a little too exposed, i usually just adjust it... dont get me wrong, I've lifted a couple guy friends of mine off the ground when they thought "sagging" was cool... i guess after a few "wedgies"... they pulled their pants up.
