Well I remember hearing a mosaic hermaphrodite (a fully functioning one is extremely rare) saying orgasms felt better from their penis. I would also like to point out as a multi orgasmic male the refractory period, tantra and prostate orgasm bring an entirely new dimension to what the male body is capable of.
