Do all soldiers have a high sex drive?

I don't know what to do. I am so scared. My sex drive is very low, I would prefer sex once every two weeks or less. And my boyfriend, who is a soldier, wants sex 10+ times every day. He can go 6-8 times in a row. We haven't had sex yet and I am still a virgin. What should I do? His stamina is scary and he seems insatiable. He always seemed to be turned on. And he doesn't want to wear protection or let me abort. Is there a high chance that I will get pregnant?

  • If you have sex without any kind of birth control than there is a reasonable chance of pregnancy and you are rolling that dice each time you do it... you have to decide whether it's worth humoring his preference not to use condoms over the other factors (such as whether you can handle pregnancy or whether you want to use other forms of birth control such as the pill)

    Is he really insatiable or is he just worked up from not having a release... you might find you like sex more than you think - if you haven't had sex before much less with him it seems like you are making a lot of assumptions about what it will be like.

    • As a guy it seems unlikely he will actually be able to have sex 10 times a day, it sounds like he is talking up his virility (perhaps to impress you?)

    • How can that possibly impress a virgin? I was really scared after that. He says he can go 10 times in a row. I never had sex before and I never watched porn or anything to do with sex really. I don't really research and I know next to nothing about it.

  • Your boyfriend is a moron. No protection + no abortion means you'll get pregnant. Secondly most soldiers have high sex drive. You can talk to him. If you want someone with a more manageable sex drive date a doctor, technician an engineer... etc...

    • But seriously, his sex drive is crazy! I've seen a documentary where this woman was a sex addict and she wanted it 3 times a day. And I thought that was crazy. But my boyfriend wants it 10+ times a day? It's not normal. I will get tired after the first round. Why do soldiers have such high sex drive? Is that the reason why army wives have so many children? They have at least 3! At a young age! He wants to do the pulling out method but I don't know. I want abortion though.

  • Your job doesn't identify you so you can't really say 'all soldiers have a high sex drive', but no protection + no plan B and not being sexually compatible is the worst mix ever. I think he has no respect for your choices if he doesn't let you use protection. Sex is already difficult and if he's like that it won't work.

    The only way it would work is if you found out you really enjoy sex and create a higher sex drive (it can happen but not always) and he would change his mind about birth control.

    But overall this relationship is just doomed...

    • He wants to do the pulling out method. I don't know. I guess with him going overprotective, possessive and jealous plays a part of it. He says if some other guy flirts with me, he would grab me and start making out.

    • Everyone knows the pulling out methode is extremely unreliable, difficult and so extremely risky. Maybe you should show him a research about how risky it really is. I don't think it has anything to do with it, but those are never really good traits for being in a relationship. I'm really sorry but I'm afraid it's not gonna work. As last advice if you're going through with it (which I expect, because there's no reason yet to break up), always listen to your own needs and talk about them with him. Talk about how you want to use real birth control, otherwise no sex and how you don't want sex if you're not feeling like it etc.

    There's no "let". It is not his choice in any way or form. It's yours. Only yours. This is important.

    If he doesn't want to wear a condom but you do, then make him wear one. Or don't have sex. Don't do anything you're not comfortable with. If you're okay with no condom but don't want a kid, use other birth control.

  • He has a complete and utter lack of disrespect for you and your bodily autonomy if he doesn't want to use protection or let you abort.
    I'd ditch him. Please. This relationship seems very unhealthy.

    • I think it's his possessive and protective behaviour. He is very jealous too. I don't know what he will be like in the future.

    • I call bs! And as for the condom issue, if you are not on BC you must use one. Abortion is NOT a means of contraception. You aren't just his sex toy, you have a say in what goes on.

    • What happens in situations like this is that everyone starts off with the best intentions. Usually the girl with a low sex drive decides she will "make the effort" and "give in" to her husband's desire. What happens is one of three things. 1 she quickly discovers she can't do this year after year after year and starts denying her husband sex. 2 she manages through shear willpower to do it for years 3 The husband figures out on his own that she hates it. In the first case where she tells he husband, one of 5 things happen. 1 the husband, wanting to be a good husband, represses his sexuality and over the years becomes depressed and hates his wife. 2 the husband after putting up with it for some time starts having affairs which eventually destroy the marriage and they end up hating each other. 3 the husband demands sex anyway and they end up hating each other for different reasons.

  • Soldiers usually love fucking the enemy. When they capture women from an enemy country, the firsth thing they do is fuck the shit out of them! It goes the same way once they're marride since they are so fucked up in the brain, they can never get over the wars they were in and it effects their life style afterwards.
