Okay, so virgin here, a guy likes me but is too shy to make any move on me. I've never done anything before, any tips on how to encourage him?

Is he a virgin also? It is normal for a guy as well as a girl to nervous. There is a lot of social (and emotional) pressure to have sex or to fool around. Take it slow and by all means talk about it! It is OK to talk about sex... we are awful conservative here in the U. S. when it comes to sex. Just talk about it like adults.

He knows I like him, and he's said he likes me too, but apart from that he's done nothing. It's frustrating, both physically and emotionally

When I was younger I didn't have a club about signals from girls; I'm amazed that today that it's even a thing that girls flip their hair and they think that all guys supposedly know what that means! (and it confuses the heck out me when girls then state here "No we just doing when we're bored")
