Yes, but it can be difficult at times. But female people are less likely to want sex with just anyone because she's horny. She'd rather masturbate if that's the case - random sex isn't likely to lead to orgasm anyway. It's when there is a specific guy she'd attracted to flirting with or making out or something her that it gets difficult.

Also, don't lean too heavily on these guys saying "No means maybe". That's bullshit. If she says no, she means no. If she says "I don't want to," she means it.

If she says "I SHOULDN'T do this," however... Yeah, I'll say that could mean she wants to and is waiting to make sure the fallout won't be bad.

It's really fucking hard that's for sure. If she has a strong enough reason to say no, then it is possible, but if her reasons aren't stronger than her desire, her desire will win over.

Here's where experience will come in handy.

if she has self control yes she can resist any one but if she doesn't have it along with impulsive personality she might have have a very hard time with it.
