GODS, why is this such an issue? Oh, yeah, because schools can't teach anything but abstinence, and parents are afraid that if they explain too much, you kids will run out and get pregnant.
Just ignorance! Ignoring the basics is what caused the problems with teen pregnancy now!!
Under 16, wanting answers that nobody can give you without getting in trouble, telling you to do this or that!
I can say that it isn't wrong, and it won't hurt you. Some religions forbid it, but that is for you to decide.
Your body is yours, and you should know what you like to feel, whether that is cuddling a teddy bear, or being with girlfriends, or just washing in the shower.

I have a question for you. Why do you exclude the possibility of masturbating for yourself?
Yeah, I agree you are kinda young but you have no idea what will happen in a few months or in a few years. You don't know if you will change your mind and want it a lot some time in the future or when your hormones will start driving you nuts.
Besides, masturbation is what helps you discover your body and what you might like, what and how gives you pleasure, and in the end helps you most times to have a good satisfying sexual life. If you know what you like then you can show to the guy how to do it. The same goes for guys too.
