It does change the dynamics I'm sure. Some females don't want a guy with a big penis and some do. The first female I had sex with could have done just fine with an average one. Maybe she would have preferred that more. The last chick I had sex with loved my larger size, but she also has had like three kids.

I'll pass on what a very experienced older girlfriend said to me. Ideally a penis should be 7-8" long so that is can reach the back of the vagina (she, and most women have sensitive spots back there) reasonably thick and conical with the thickest part at the base. This makes for much more stimulation with each thrust as the vaginal opening, where most of the nerves are, is spread and relaxed.
