Personally, I've always viewed oral as much more intimate than penetration. In the past, I've had casual sex but I've never casually given oral. I've only ever given oral to a partner I love, or merely as foreplay. I've never given oral to completion outside of a loving and committed relationship.

I don't know... It's a difficult question.

They are both intimate but somehow different. Putting your mouth by someone's genitals is intimate for obvious reasons, while with intercourse the intimicay comes from being attached I think. So I can't chose between the two.
