Some guy at college told me that he was going out with a girl and he slipped a pill that makes girls very horny. So throught the date the girl got super horny that all she wanted to do was have sex with him, she wasn't thinking completely clearly sicne the drugs were making her super horny so most of her thinking came from her just being horny. So is that rape? I mean in one hand she still consented but in the other hand some people argue that she can't complretly consent because thes not thinking as clearly as her thinking or consent was influence by something he did (slipping the drug) which wasn't her consent. I think that if you drug someone, you're obviously aiming to put them in a state where they can't think or respond as they usually would which usually is pretty malevolent. It might have just increased her arousal but it still altered her mood to a point where she was thinking and feeling abnormally, y'know? If he was confident in her consent, he wouldn't have needed to drug her so clearly there was some doubt and he did it anyway. Ehh, if it happened to me, I would go to the police to see if they considered it rape and if they did, I'd try to press charges. If they didn't, I'd just cut contact with him.
