Your lips are full and you shouldn't make them larger when they look perfectly fin. Some people abuse it and look horrible with swollen.

It is NOT going to fit your face, TRUST me! Thin lips can be very attractive on the right face! (Yours just seem average but they look thick considering the lipstick and such) your specific features do not look balanced with bigger lips. Keep your face balanced to appear the most appealing.
You have full lips, you don't need it. If anything lip fillers will make you look less attractive.

Absolutely NOT! Ladies, leave your lips alone. You don't need it and most of the time it just looks silly. I don't know where it came from this notion that guys like bigger fuller lips, maybe naturally (and I do mean maybe) but not injected. Maybe some guys like them but I know a lot don't.

Your lips already look full to me in your profile pic. If you want to experiment with fillers, you may learn something. I think most guys prefer natural though. Full lips are probably a trend. I never noticed the trend five years ago.
