Yes. It's actually an evolutionary skill that predates organized civilization, when humans lived in small groups and migrated around a lot. Men would need to be able to see, at a glance and at a distance, if a person was female and, if so, was she sexually mature. If she was, the man would often pursue her in the ways that were available at the time: by force/battle, by trading for her, or if she was alone, perhaps by offering to care for her.

These traits are still with us - in fact, the "ideal" bust-waist-hip ratio of women has been the same throughout history, even as weight/size has changed - something even Playboy has confirmed with its selection of Playmates over 60 years. Men find that "golden ratio" attractive and always have.

Obviously, in order to make these kinds of determinations quickly, men had to be visual and have excellent spatial acuity - the ability to accurately see and understand sizes and shapes. And, yes, we definitely use this ability to "mentally undress" women we find attractive - and if most guys are anything like me, they're damn accurate. When I see a woman naked, it's rarely a big surprise what her body looks like because I can almost always figure that out, with a surprisingly high level of accuracy, by seeing her clothed. My brain can "remove" the clothes and see the shape and curves of her body, and by the time I was in my late teens, it was virtually automatic. I don't even have to try - my brain just does it.

I often hear girls ask "do you imagine yourself having sex with every hot girl?" And the answer, for me at least, is "no." That kind of thing requires a lot more "active" imagining, and it's far more rare that I do that. But the "undressing her in your mind"? Every damn day.

Yes. We have a unique understanding of the female body, one even women, despite it being their natural form, simply lack.
Any female, of any age, no matter who she is, we can look at her, and it is like her clothing melts off. Really, your entire gender should just not bother with clothing, and remain nude. We see right through them, without even conscious effort.

As a woman moves in her clothes different parts of her body become defined by the silhouette of her clothing. We can assemble those silhouettes into a reasonably accurate idea of her bodily conformation, so in answer to your question: Yes.
