I think that I would only consider it while she is still wide from child birth otherwise she is way to tight to even consider it.

I get your thinking, but recovery from childbirth is definitely not the time for rough handling down there. It's uncomfortable enough as it is and there's often tearing and other issues that need to heal. Fisting during that time would probably reopen wounds, slow healing, and cause extra problems. I definitely wouldn't advise it.
