Definitely worth the try!! It has a certain mental appeal to please and give pleasure at the same time.
Now putting the fantasy aside, it's probably distracting. You cannot fully enjoy the pleasure being given to you, when you are focused and thinking and worrying about pleasing the other.
And if you focus on appreciating the pleasure that you're receiving, you will not do such a great job on the other person.

It's distracting , a bit difficult to do your job well while she's trying to do her job just as good while she's distracted too.
