There isn't a bad pair in the show, but the 4 women you've mentioned are all extremely gifted. If forced to pick, it would probably be Melisandre - Carice Van Houten is almost 40 and has the boobs of a 20-year-old (and she's been getting naked on camera for a long time - they're definitely real).
Missandei and Tyene (the Sand Snake in question) are both firm and perky and of course Roz's big boobs are amazing. The other girls' boobs are perhaps not QUITE in that league, but are still VERY nice - you'd get no complaints from me for sure.

So was Missandei... but in the book she was 8 years old! only 8! There was nothing sexual about her!
like i said, the show changes too much. I'm more interested in a woman asking a question about the best boobs and talking about which ones she liked than I am in the show itself.

Most of the changes made in the show really help the show. Some things that will work in a book just won't work on a show - especially when you can't do 40 episodes per book - and so the necessary pruning of characters and sub-plots that has to happen means a few changes will be made. Yes, it then becomes a somewhat different story, but if you look at it as it's own story, you'll recognize that those changes helped THAT story. I normally hate most book adaptations, but they've actually done amazing work with GoT.

It's honestly a really difficult choice. There are many women with great boobs on the show.
I ended up going with Emilia though, there's something that's just right about her measurements. And my attraction to Emilia Clarke really helped boost it to the top, I think.
