Guys, why would blowjobs raise a guy's self esteem?

So I asked a question on here about how to help a guy to feel good about himself, and 'give him a blowjob' was a pretty common answer lol :') . I get that being desired and having someone want sex with you is obviously going to be good for self esteem, and will feel good in general, but why a blowjob in particular?
