Based on my three ever visits to strip clubs at various bachelor parties...

during lap dances, some strippers indicated guys could touch their breasts. Most didn't. The ones who did tended to be less attractive, and were probably 'working harder' for the money. Or maybe they just really didn't mind. But the general assumption is you lean back, and let them do their thing and if you touch without invitation, expect to be thrown out of the club. Literally.
