I wouldn't mind if my girlfriend gave me one, to some guys it turns them on or for the less diert minded ones it makes them feel special, like me 😜 if you have a guy neck kisses and/or a hickey, guys mainly like more gentle touch so when you do it, one arm around him and with your other hand, put it on the opposite side of his neck from the side you plan on giving a kiss to, and give him a couple kisses up and down and then choose a spot to give the "love bite/suck". Just make sure it's more of gentle than aggressive, that's what most guys like

Also, on neck kissing, you can arouse the neck first by using your hand to go through it and back of the head. When kissing neck, make short kisses and go up and down, etc, really also ask your partner what he likes.
