He stares at me during sex or he looks at my face and sometimes ask for a kiss. But he doesn't moan and barely make a sound (sometimes I scream Lol)... i did hear one short moan... i mean does that mean the sex is bad?

It is just like some people liking strawberries while others like peaches - it is just what they like.

Generally making sounds means it is very intense, but not necessarily. I've been in sexual situations where the pleasure was so intense I literally couldn't make a sound, because it was so intense. Then I've been in others where it was so intense I couldn't stay silent.

So you cannot generalize - you need to know the guy well and know his background.
