How protective are guys of their testicles?

My boyfriend loves it when I tie him up in the bedroom.   • His balls are very, very sensitive, unlike his penis. You might want to try forming a circle with your forefinger and thumb around the top of his scrotum and closing the circle, slowly, thus forcing them down. Note which side hangs lower and angle your hand to account for that. Then pull gently and continuously until they get to the bottom of his scrotum. Then fondle and like the tight skin of the scrotum. Pull the hairs from the root to the end.
