You can move out. You’re living in your parent’s home; therefore technically speaking you live by their suffrage, and can enter your bedroom whenever they want. True, it is merely good manners or common courtesy for them to knock before entering or to obtain a lock for your bedroom door as a privilege to you, but if they’re both not willing to do this then they don’t feel it is needed. That’s harsh, but the reality of your situation.
What you may try is earning the money for yourself and buying the lock personally and having it installed on your door and then that’s the problem solved right then, but if your parents take exception to this you may get in trouble, punished, and the lock removed for doing something in their home you did have permission to do. Not saying that’s going to happen, I’m just saying it could so be prepared for the fallout over doing something without their permission. Realistically, you’ve heard the phrase that sometimes “It’s better to ask forgiveness than permission.”
Finally, depending on your age, you could move out and obtain your own space and then you can do whatever you want, but depending on your age that may not be an option. If your parents are not listening to your requests for privacy you might consider talking to a different family member to be a go-between on your behalf, or maybe a family friend.
Lastly if that doesn’t work and as a last result you could put something in front of the door when you’re masturbating; jamming something under the door so it can’t be opened and in this way you won’t get surprised anymore while you’re getting yourself “off”.

First of all, sorry, but that's funny.
Secondly, try masturbating in the bathroom like during a shower or just in the bathroom. You can lock the bathroom door and they wouldn't think much of it. Even if they think you're doing something, they wouldn't be able to go in. But in all fairness, they should be pocking their nose into your personal pleasure time. That's a private thing to a person and I don't think it's a parent's business if and how much you masturbate. You should start asking them things like, "So, do you guys masturbate a lot and where in the house?" Get them uncomfortable about the situation because they are making you uncomfortable, which isn't what a parent is suppose to do.
Or, if you want and you are daring enough, make up signs that hang on your door that say, "Knock first please!", or even better, "I'm masturbating, please knock first!". Things like that. Something to give them the hint that you need your privacy sometimes.
If you get pocket money, buy yourself a lock, I'm sure you could probably look up how to make one too.
I don't like when parents burst in your room like that either. Doesn't matter how old you are, they should knock and wait for an answer first as you could be doing something private. They would not like it if you walked in their room without first knocking and waiting for an answer.
Gosh, they really should knock and respect your privacy. I can only suggest trying to talk to them more about it. If all else fails just be completely blunt with them as to getting caught and not wanting it to happen again and it may stun them into actually doing it.
Lol they probably purposely don't put a lock on your door so that they can barge in. You could always pull the dresser in front of the door so that if they try to come in, you have time to get yourself together.
