I think so. I think that any activity that can get her pregnant, even if it is really unlikely, but still possible, is considered 'Sex' and if you have yours, against hers, and there is nothing between, by most ideas, most religious laws, and social norms, you had sex, even if you didn't get inside!!
Kind of the 'Spirit' of the law, not the actual 'Rule' of the law!!
As a guy, think about it this way: If your girlfriend did whatever with your best friend, would you think it was sex?

Personally I would say yes...

But most people would say that the penis actually has to go deep into the vagina for it to be considered a loss of virginity.

As for her losing her virginity, most would say you would have to "pop her cherry" (look it up =P)

You could finger her... that's sexual contact but you're still a virgin.
You could eat her out... that's sexual contact but you're still a virgin.
You can rub your penis against her vagina... that's sexual contact but you're still a virgin!
Your penis has to enter the vagina during the act of intercourse which would constitute losing her/your virginity.

Now you are wrong. Virginity is defined as vaginal penetration.. You lose it if a man has had sexual intercourse with you. And you lose it if you as a guy penetrated a girl. You have these ideas that are incorrect. They are just your opinion. Don't hang on to them

Depends on how you look at virginity. If you look at virginity as a moral feat, than you could say that after that happened you would not be a virgin anymore.
If you look at it as purely physical thing, than, no. You have to participate in sexual INTERCOURSE, which includes insertion if the penis in the vagina to lose virginity.
