From a B cup and up I would say it makes no overall difference. Some guys DO view D or DD as a plus but 1/3 prefer smaller. So you're just going to be matching different guys preferences. Below B some guys don't mind -at all-, maybe 1/3 of guys would mind. So I guess maybe I could say it would on average drop you a point, but there would be 1/3 of guys who wouldn't deduct so you could mainly date them.
Different body types have more appeal in different demographics.
Basically big curves seems to play better in lower income bands while being model-slim plays better with rich guys.

Those are both no win choices for me, although if I HAD to choose I would go with big tits.
Why can't men just find women with a modest ass and tit size to be the best? There IS such a thing as overdoing it. Also big tits or ass from being fat is a huge turnoff.

Yo I WISH we had similar cosmetics to raise our own sex appeal! In my case, increasing my dick size would probably put me over the edge and backfire a bit, BUT I could definitely use some more inches to my height!

@kaylyne Have you ever done a weightlifting program aimed at alleviating the pain? Like, lifting that concentrates on yr back and core -- with relatively heavy weights/resistance (= heavy enough that you can't do more than 4-6 repetitions at a time) -- for at least 6 months? If not, then, you should definitely get on that. (I can give you lists of exercises and such, if necessary) JS, because I did 6-8 months of heavy lifting before I had breast augmentation surgery, and I've had **zero** back pain. (I wasn't into the fitness life back then, the way I am now... but, honestly, that was one of the things that got me there!) This is notable because, after the surgery, mine were about as big as yours. (They were 30FF-30G in your UK sizes... big, though still h/w proportionate because I'm so tall.) Since I'm so tall, slim, and willowy, so, I **should** have been ESPECIALLY susceptible to back pain -- but, nope, still nothing. Still nothing after 12 years. If yr back has hurt for a long,

long time, then you might also have to take some steps to fix yr posture, too. If you slouch, and/or sit in front of a screen (with yr shoulders forward) a lot, then the resulting effect on yr back can create that kind of pain -- and the worst part is that slouching *even more* is what makes it go away in the short-run. So... if you *do* have to make postural corrections, THOSE will actually hurt for the first month or two -- but will be well worth it after that.

@redeyemindtricks I owe you my most sincere thanks for taking so much time in giving me such wonderful and thoughtful advice and ideas, this I will following up. May I though, be so nosey as to ask why you underwent a BA and why to such a large cup size. Naturally you can tell me to mind my own business, which I will fuly understand.
As far as the cup size... That's big yeah, but, I'm REALLY tall (6'2") and I also have relatively high breast "roots", so, my whole silhouette works well with implants that would look comically big in a shorter woman, or in a woman with a different breast profile.
Also, that cup size isn't as big as most people -- especially Americans -- think. US brands don't go past DD or DDD for the most part, and girls here don't really learn to fit bras properly, so *MOST* American women -- especially younger women -- are walking around with bras that have too-big bands and too-small cups. Dunno whether it's the same over there, but, I bought British bras for years and years (Panache, Freya, Cleo) because American companies literally don't make big cup/small band sizes.

Breast reduction surgery *does* lead to a somewhat lower risk of breast cancer, though. If you have other risk factors for breast cancer -- and/or if it has afflicted other women in yr family -- there's also that, to think about.

@redeyemindtricks Again I thank you for being so open and honest, especially on what could be described as a delicate subject. I thought I was reasonably tall at a little under 5' 10", but you would positively tower over me! I guess everyone (guys included) will always have their own views and opinions on breast/cup sizes, although this may vary depending on where in the world you reside. Here in the UK I believe that the majority of peoples views would be that anything over and above a DD would be considered large. It was only up to a few years ago you could only purchase bras up to a D/DD depending on the manufacturer, and it has been in recent years that much larger sizes has become readily more available, although not in such small band sizes such as a 30. Finally and let's be completely honest, I think we have all at one time or another, been guilty have having ill fitting bras!

The only reason I will not consider having a BR done now, is simply because it can/could/will greatly reduce my chances of being able to breastfeed, which is something am determined to do.

Yeah, I've only met a few women in my life who were taller than me. I was a fashion model for a few years -- mostly editorial and showroom stuff -- but I was even a little "too tall" for that. lol. Oh yeah, no, mine are definitely "big" now. No question about that. But, like I said on that other post... fantastic. I fill out a dress WAY better now -- at 41 and with three kids -- than I ever did at 21. I get most of my bras these days from Poland, online. Sexier styles, better prices, and one of the stores (Comexim) will actually make any of their styles in a 3-part cup (with two vertical seams) if you just ask. Better for horizontal projection, etc.

Yeah, you're right about the potential danger to breastfeeding. Removing breast tissue can damage milk ducts, and/or nerves that stimulate the let-down reflex. So, good thinking there.

Yeah, it's worth a look at Ewa Michalak and Comexim, in particular. Again, depends on the shape of yr breasts... but if those UK brands I mentioned fit you decently well, you should be good.
I think most men appreciate a D cup that has plenty of lift. But it has to have some proportion to it. But these tits that seem to defy gravity or look like soccer balls are unattractive to most men. Boys may like them but don't know what to do with them. We ate all different. Personally I like banana shape breast no matter size they are.
lol I can say the girl in 4th pic has nipple piercing and personally I love with big tits... cuz it is the first thing many men notice in girls than there is ass lol...
