Say we're grinding naked, I'm ovulating and he doesn't ejaculate but our genitals are rubbing together. Occasionally his penis accidentally comes into contact with my vaginal opening but doesn't actually penetrate my vagina... But let's say a tiny bit of pre-seminal fluid comes into contact with my vagina...

can i get pregnant from that? Without proper penetration and proper semen-filled ejaculation?

very VERY small chance. there is little to no sperm in pre-seminal fluid (btw i think you are the first person to ever use this word on this site). pre-cum primarily acts as a lubricant and sterilizer to prepare for sex. if you are going at it for a long time increases the chances that sperm could end up coming out but it would be very few if any.

next if the penis isn't inside the vagina it is very VERY difficult for the sperm to get inside the vagina and proceed to fertilizing an egg

  Well, as far as I know, he wasn't pRticularly close to finishing off and he hadn't masturbated in a few days so realistically in the tiny bit of fluid that did come into contact with me, there should have been no sperm in it at all, or very little if anything. And thanks, I just think pre seminal fluid is better than other words That could have been used... haha

  but you explicitly said, "doesn't cum" meaning nothing. no precum, no sperm, nothing. so if he didn't cum, no nothing can happen to you. BUUTTT if you're trying to ask, what if he precums while grinding and it rubbed on you and possibly may have gone inside you? chances are extremely low. last time I checked you can still get pregnant by precum, whether its a 99% chance or a 0.01% chance, it's still a chance. It's worth it to do some research though, I'm not entirely sure.

  I meant he just didn't ejaculate properly. Like semen. There was a tiny bit of pre cum AROUND my vagina opening but it didn't go inside. This is what I'm wondering, could the tiny bit of pre cum fertilise an egg. He precums like up to five times before ejaculating but not much of it comes out

  well i really don't think anything is going to happen. and you feel ill because you're overthinking this, which don't get me wrong, I know it's hard not too because the chance of being pregnant is the only thing on your mind. just try to stay busy and if you don't show any signs of pregnancy within the next month you can take a huge sigh of relief.

  That's what I'm trying to do, I've been active and jogging. Apart from that I've felt nauseous every other day. My nipples hurt a fair bit but then again my period is due in a week or so. Surely I wouldn't have pregnancy symptoms like a week after conception anyway! So kInda hoping it's just the onset of a period

  well the stress is probably making you feel that way. it's hard not to stress out over something like this lol. if you stress to much though you might miss your period, I don't know if that's what its called lol, and then that might freak you out even more and you'll think you're pregnant when really you're not, you just missed your period because you were overly stressed.

  I know, it's super stressful. I think I've stressed so much already I'll probably miss my period anyway :/ it's the nipple thing that's bothering me, I've never had sore nipples before. Then again, I just stopped using the pill a month back so I don't know if that's what could be causing the tender nipples. I also know that's a sign of pregnancy though which is making me freak right out.

  of course it's always something that is a sign of pregnancy, but it could also be many other things as well. its a nerve racking situation, it's tough. but if it makes you feel any better, by telling me what happened, I'm like totally positive that you're not pregnant.

  yeah it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Only a little bit touched you and never entered your vaginal canal, assuming. And remember precum has no sperm in it unless he ejaculated already and then precame all over you again that could have collected some leftover sperm, which I highly doubt is what happened so... you're good :D chin up girl.

  Yes I'm sure, live sperm is required to fertilize the eggs. Pre - seminal fluids usually don't contain sperm. If there's any sperm left trapped in the urethera from the previous time, its called motile sperm which is dead. So you shouldn't get pregnant from it. I think what they mean is for the guy to pull out before he ejaculates (living sperm). Its possible for men to get a bit too carried away while having sex and they forget to pull it out before they shoot their load.

  Woops, I've just double checked again. It does say that its very rare to get pregnant from pre cum. Motile means moving sperm. I did read something else about dead sperm cells though.

  Its just, this happened a week ago now. And my nipples are tender (not sure if pms pain) I've felt nauseous all week with a weird taste in my mouth, felt the need to pee more... I'm basically a nervous wreck. I keep thinking I've got really early pregnancy symptoms either that I'm severely stressed that I'm making myself ill. I just can't afford to be pregnant right now :(
