Why am I only attracted both sexually and emotionally to 2D/anime/hentai and lost interest in real girls?

I'm a 25 year old guy, healthy and all, single, had some long relationships in the past but for a year or so i am only attracted to 2d/anime/hentai and have little to no interest in dating real women/girls. The problem is not in communication or just being shy, i feel confident enough to ask any girl out but i just can't really see the point in doing it since i feel attached just to 2d anime style girls... i went to therapy with no avail, i need something to make me snap out of it because i tried on my own. I'm not the type to put posters everywhere or buy figurines or body pillows, i watch anime for years but since this year i noticed that i nearly lost all attraction to real women that is all, any advice would be appreciated

Hey, their is nothing wrong with you trust me on this and I'll tell you why, Im a guy who almost never watches real porn. I get completely aroused from comic porn, why? Well its because they look perfect but that hasn't changed my feelings towards real women because anime women are based off real women and that's something you should keep in mind. I say more or less your attracted to the short skirts, long legs, cute fringes and gentle lady like features and that's available in reality as well my friend.

  Yep you bullseyed the situation at hand with skill but when talking to real women which have very few or no features you mentioned, to be more exact they lack the "gentle lady like" part, the aesthetic part i can live without in real world but i hate rude, stupid, loud mouthed females, there is nothing female there... many girls told me they wanted to be like boys so they started acting like such but they suck at it and made monsters of themselves, still nice to hear from a fellow anime lover, thank you

  Thats the thing, they want too much, i dont want to do everything (again) for someone just so that person can sit comfortable while i'm in hell, i just hope to meet someone with normal expectations and if that happens i might pull my head from inside the screen and start showing some interest

You are attracted to an ideal, not the character.
You can try finding a person who can resemble some of those traits, even though it will not be perfect.

  Ha! Been thinking about krieger's waifu for a long time and always dreamed it would become reality, you aepre right in a way, but i would like to have someone close with some traits that i am in love with, otherwise it would feel like standing next to a rock, i invited a girl out this summer and she gladly accepted, all went well but after the date i felt bored, as in sleepy bored and anxious for some Re:zero or Love live sunshine, it is not that the girl had smt bad it was just... well as you said i could not see any traits of the the ideal in her so...

  Ok then focus on those. Drop the anime for a good few months (maybe 6) and go outside and interact with real women.

  I kinda tried interracting but i get nothing from inside, feels like talking to a colleague or smt, no matter how beautiful or plain she is i get nothing, my hobbies take me out daily and after i feel exhausted but even during that time i still can't get them out of my head

  You won't find them attractive right away. It takes time. Also you will be thinking of anime girls, but try your hardest to not think of them. It's ok if you slip sometimes though, but you gotta control it

  It takes time sure but i need some sort of starting point, if i have to race i at least need to know where the starting line is first, and thinking about them has become a habit, like when i feel bored or pissed the thought of them calms me down but when i am happy or satisfied with how the day is going it is the same effect

  Well cut out anime may asap. No hentai either. Finding another girl will be difficult considering you have no interest in them, so put that off for a bit. It's gonna be hard, considering anime girls are perfect. But what attracts you more to them? Is it just their physical appearance or is personality a factor as well?

  Both factors, they are not so perfect but they have that "lady like" appearance which i can't find in girls, at least not where i live anyway... i dislike rude, stupid and loud-mouthed people but if you take these "traits" and put them in girls... my breakfast will see the light of day again, i can't just "cut" them like that, if i could so easily i would not ask for help, as i said therapy did nothing either , i just want someone normal, sincere and considerate, beauty is optional because i believe a girl you like is beautiful nevertheless

  Well since it's the lady like appearance, have you tried dating Asian girls? They are quite feminine

  Not many around here but there are some chinese girls... unfortunately taken, as in married, i do use some Asian dating sites which put me on track a little but it's the internet, can't compare it to a girl's warm touch

  They did but it's just conversation, even if things might have started to heat up at some point there is nothing i can do now, i had 2 long distance relationships where i made efforts to go there and be with the ones i loved but distance killed them, eveyrthing was great when i was there but after some time the "i miss you" became more menacing like "why aren't you here right now?", i worked like a dog to raise money for the journeys, visas and all... thing is they could not come to me, or did not want to i still dont know the answer, point is i was able to take the extra mile for love and still am but not with girls for which i feel nothing for

  I am already attracted to living women now, i went past this... phase, though now i feel like crap so i don't know what i like anymore

  I believe I've known several people who were interested exclusively in fictional characters. The real deal always seemed to be a disappointment to them. I would like to tell them to embrace it, and who they are, however I simply feel conflicted, as there is no relationship whatsoever between them and batman. I feel like their attraction to fictional characters may essentially be unfulfilling, and could possibly lead to depression. Did something happen with the person you like?
