Is a late 2nd period after plan b normal? Has this happened to you? What to do?

I took plan b on October 28th 3 hours after my boyfriend and I had an accident. I got my period 2 weeks after that on November 12th. I took a pregnancy test exactly a month after the incident on November 28th and it came up negative. I was relieved. I was expecting my period on the 12th of this month also but now its been a week since then and still nothing. I keep getting cramps as if its coming but nothing.. My periods can also be irregular. I haven't have a normal period since September 22nd. I didn't get one in October, I got the one after plan b in November, and so far, nothing for December. I just wanna know, is this normal? Have any of you experienced this? I have felt completely fine other than not getting my 2nd period. Im just worried. What should I do? I plan on taking another test as soon as I can.. but has this happened to you? Your 2nd period after plan b being late?

Plan B is a safe and sure method to protect yourself from undesired pregnancy. It is low dose estrogen - progesterone hormone therapy. It also help to regular your periods - for 28 days. It usually have 21 active pills and 7 placebo - with some vitamins and Iron. As you had started the pill on 28 - your next period will be around 28th, and within two or three months it will be regularly in 28 days cycle. This pills have some additional advantages - it will improve your skin tone, it will treat mood swings - if any and overall sexual health. you had history of irregular periods and that might be causing you anxiety. I hope everything will be normal within two months if you keep on pills regularly.

Plan B does all sorts of things to the hormones in your body and can affect your period cycle initially. Take a pregnancy test for peace of mind but I think your system is just a bit messed up but it will return to normal.

With plan B I got pregnant 🤰 luckily I find out when I had 3 weeks and was just on time to get an abortion

Yes I did I found out 2 1/2 weeks after having sex and taken plan B

Did you ever get your period first? I got a period 2 weeks after then tested a month after taking plan b and it was negative. I wanted to know when a test would be accurate it did say about 2 weeks after sex but I wanted to be extra sure so I waited the full month

No i took 2 days aftery period was missing since I'm very exact on my period so after 1 day late I knew I was preggo

no need to worry.. everything will be fine.. you're completely fine but to make sure go for test.. but have you completed Plan B pills or left it in between

Well I got plan b one step there was only 1 pill and I took it 3 hours after the accident
