Umm... I do that. Sometimes I'm pretty sure the neighbors can hear me. I think it just depends on the girl and the circumstances. When I know there are people in the house I'm quieter but still moan. If I'm in a hotel room where I'm sure no one I know will hear me, I can actually scream out my partner's name.

Well, my orgasms in real life are very unimpressive, I just don't feel an urge to moan.
