  • I know you are all excited because 50 shades grayer came out. Even though hollywood just had to do what they always do with bdsm... make the guy have a serial killer personality, but contracts like that are not realistic in the world.

I have done sexual fetish contracts like that and only in hollywood, they do not look like a legal sheet like that at all.

ALSO, in the REAL world people are not just into BDSM then have a million interests that need to be listed. If someone is into rope play then they are into being tied up and thats it.

    • This has nothing to do with fifty shades. These types of contracts have been around for way longer than fifty shades. They may not be realistic but people do have them. That's just one example of a contract of that type; there are many different types and if you look online subs and doms have uploaded their own contracts. If you cater the contract to your life it can be realistic though

    • Every time a movie comes out the internet goes nuts on the topic. Man, I hated when that "noah" movie came out. No legal protection. The contract is it is not legal because one person has more authority in the relationship (dom) therefore has more control. Education -If its to teach a person about what could happen in this unique bdsm filled relationship then that means that this particular person is NOT into that type of fetish. People who are not into the fetish are not going to get a thrill out of it unless you own a skyscraper or are flying the person around in a plane. Void of approval In the particular contracts you are showing subs cannot freely sign and agree with that anyway. the dom has more authority and the other looks up to them so they will sign it to "avoid punishment" or "keep their daddy/dom/big happy". Let's not forget that some people don't have dom/sub relationships. there are daddy/daugther ones as well. No little girl is going to question her dom.

    • The only reason to add a contract is to compare the differences between peoples's interest in written forum because it's easier to compromise. But that's not really a contract now is it?

  • I think it's kind of silly. I mean, I like rough, nasty sex. But I don't get like seriously into role playing to point of cheesiness, and that's how I see things like this. Like I don't want to be a chair, or pretend I'm a dog. I just want him to dominant when we have sex. Besides, these are not legally binding so it really is all just pretend.

  • No, I wouldn't. I don't like super vanilla sex, but even when my boyfriend is telling me to say things during sex, I'll resist and think "bet you're gonna ask me again" XD So, I'm not cut out to be someone's submissive.

  • NEVER. the contract is very creepy and weird to me. So weird. I don't like it. I hate signing anything, but especially not for sex.

  • Sure, I guess. I am open to it.

  • What exactly is BDSM? If it involves me being feminized by a girl than yea I would be into it.

  • I've never done that. While I do tend to be a little dominant in bed, I do it very subtly, like with teasing and stuff like that. Out of bed, I don't particularly want to control my boyfriend, and I certainly don't want to be controlled.

  • No, i wouldn't make such a contract. I'm not sure how much overlap I would want between my sex life and the rest of my life... I don't know if I could handle it all being tied together like that.

  • AHAHAHA internet never stops to amaze me.

  • I"m more like a Switch so I don't need it I think.

  • I think its retarded to have such a contract. And requiring labels kills the purpose of any natural interaction with each other.

  • I thought they were just a fifty shades thing to make Christian Grey seem more anal.

    • Nope they were around way before that lol

  • A marraige contract yes, witnessed before God that she'd honor and obeying.

  • Do you need a contract?

    • You don't need one but some like to have them

  • No, never

  • im already into BDSM. so sure

  • Lol yea probably would be a sub to someone

    • Could you explain how it would work tho like if i signed a contract to be your sub what does that actually mean do you legally have control over me lol? Links won't open 😑

    • I don't think its legally binding, but I guess it could be since its a contract. I believe it's just an agreement between to people to do as the contract says and if not there will be consequences

    • And basicly you could just use me for sex or hurt me if you wanted or is it to perform tasks for you or something lol?

  • No I think mutual consent is enough, if something happens like not feeling well it leaves a door open while contract is like a chain around your neck.

  • maybe never.

  • i already had contracts like these ;) i am a Dom

  • I think I would, don't know with who though

  • I don't see the need for it and besides I hate paperwork. If you trust your partner a verbal agreement should suffice.

  • that's dumb

  • No i dont want to make a contract. If men would go to jail because of bdsm i would maybe consider making one if it helps at all.

  • it said something about being suitable or whatever so maybe i shouldn't comment
