I can't speak for everyone, but mine is biased toward my right leg while otherwise in the B position. It gets more room to "breathe," with less discomfort, by going sideways until erect. I've grown so accepting of it slanting right, that I find it hard to function if it ever slants left, and feel a need to "correct" it to its normal slant. But when not thinking about sex, I can shrink it down to the point where the slant is barely noticeable. Unless doing something else very strenuous physically, then I can ignore anatomical logistics down there entirely. I'm better with my hands anyway. ;-)

B is fine until it gets a boner. Then it's hurtful. But C doesn't have that problem. Even if you don't fit the space, you can adjust a bit and you're good to go. But B doesn't fit a boner at all.
