Tuberous Breast Deformity- how do you tell him?

I'm finally at a stage where I accept I'm going to be living with this deformity for the rest of my life (because I cannot afford a $20K corrective surgery). I'm also at a stage with a guy where we're getting close to being intimate with each other and I'm terrified to tell him about this. I'm afraid of his reaction. Girls- Have any of you dealt with this situation? What was your experience/did it change your sex life? Guys- have you been with a girl with TBD/how did you react? Was this a deal-breaker for you? I don't know if I should just ask him to keep my bra on during, I feel like it's unfair to him for me to hide myself in such an intimate setting. Help?

If he cares about you, he won't give a shit about that and he will continue being with you. If he wants to leave you due to it, he was never the right person in the first place. Remember that

You just have to tell him. You can start be telling him that you have something difficult to tell him and you are concerned about his reaction. If he cares about you, he will be ok with it.
