Guys, Do guys lie about liking small boobs to make girls feel better?

I've seen guys here say that boob size doesn't matter and small boobs are cute... Some even prefer them. But are you guys just saying it to make girls feel better about themselves? That's kinda sweet when I think about it but I want to know the whole truth you know? Reason why I'm asking this is because when I see a picture of a girl with a cups and wearing revealing clothes, people are always commenting shit like "where are her boobs?" And "so small...". Never anything positive about her body. I have a cups and I've never been noticed by guys, no one has approached me like they're never interested. I understand that guys like curvy girls and that's perfectly fine! I just don't want to guys give me here false hope, I just want to hear the truth.

Everyone is different. I actually DO prefer smaller boobs, but usually not a cups, more like b or c. Some guys would disagree with me, and those are the ones saying "where the boobs at". Plus it's the internet, it's almost a tradition to say those things at this point. I personally prefer people that are fit and healthy, which usually means skinny, but not model like or anorexic. Those people naturally have smaller boobs. Boobs look better when they are perky and don't look like they are just loose fat. It's VERY hard to have big boobs that look athletic and perky. Therefore size doesn't matter. It's all about shape.
