All I can say is that you have the freedom to choose the path you follow, but stay mindful of the consequences that will befall you. I try to be 50/50, but it varies. Like right now I'm stuck more on guys and other times it's the other way around. Do you ever wish you could be fixed on just one so it wouldn't get confusing?

Trust me, there's nothing wrong with enjoying pain on either end of the whip. Pain isn't something to be feared. It shows us that we're alive and warns us of potential damage, but can be caused and enjoyed without any actual damage ever being involved. There's plenty of healthy ways of using pain in day to day life and it can help you handle other things in your life. Centering you if daily life becomes too chaotic, essentially "resetting" you. I do recommend doing pain *with* someone else though. And pain should be a positive experience, not a negative one. How pain is perceived differs greatly depending on context as the brain interprets the signals it gets, both the pain signals and the other senses and experiences accompanying them. Pain can be a show of love, it can be lustful, it can be healing, or a distraction. Pain has so many uses. There's also a beauty in pain that many people fail to see. Intense pain strips away everything but the here and now. It can heal a relationship.
