because that is not how digestion works. When we swallow things, the nutrients get absorbed out of the food and stored adequately, for non-polar nutrients like vitamin a and d they get stored within fat and for polar nutrients like vitamin c and b they get stored in the blood. If the body cannot digest what has been swallowed, eg. dna from semen, it just passes straight through. Nothing goes from an orifice directly into the blood stream unless you take a drug or hormone intravenously. Another thing is that if semen is stored in the blood (which it isn't) like you say, if would be excreted within 24 hours and the long lasting effect you described is incorrect.
The immune system recognises and adapts to ingested semen therefore increasing the chance to get pregnant. It's a proven scientific fact.

You don't know much about genetics, do you? DNA is not like radiation, if you swallow it it won't stay and mutate into your nucleoids so it can pass on when you reproduce. Overmore, the digestive system is comprised of many acids (starting from the saliva) which kill most bacteria and virii (as a matter of fact, saliva is very aggressive with HIV) so it is very unlikely that any sperm cell will make it alive to the blood stream. Also, once in the stomach, or the intestins, IF they survived, they are too big to be absorbed (now this is pure speculation because they actually would be decomposed by the acids).
