I've been dating a girl for 10 months, and I made he wait for sex. We actually started having sex last month! When it comes to sex, women take it a lot more seriously than men. If a woman starts seeing a man, they have sex after a couple dates and the sex sucks... most women will stop talking to the man instead of giving it time.
Most women expect sex to be amazing the first couple times, but it never is. Sex takes work, time and effort. The girl I'm dating told me she has left men because the sex was trash. Even though her and I started having sex and it's not that great yet (we are working on it and learning each other's bodies), she isn't leaving me because we have built a romantic bond over these 10 months and have genuine feelings for each other.

Have you seen him naked? Maybe it's a physical embarrassment, or he has performance anxiety.. A lot of guys are too shy to ask or find the right advice to improve their technique, stamina and confidence. Maybe you should ask him about his sexual history.. That might hold the key. Or is there any reason he might have for stringing you along, without actually being interested?

Many men and women are. It's human nature, not a gender thing. But many also have values and religious beliefs. Just because someone wants to wait doesn't mean they aren't desperate, and vice versa! People have control.
