Promiscuous girls, would you go into a relationship with a virgin guy? Virgin, inexperienced guys, would you date a promiscuous girl?

Its not about me but about my best girl friend.
She probably has had slept with 20 guys, lots of ons and friends with benefits, 4 bfs.
She is 22 and met a guy who is 24 years old at her university, they became friends and my friend fell in love with him. I know her for 16 years already and this is the first time she loves someone.

Every single day she talks about this guy and she is always really happy when she sees him. She likes him now for 6 months and she knows everything about him. She used this time to ask him many question to get to know him. What she found out about him? This guy has everything she ever wanted in a guy. And he is a unkissed virgin!

Since the day she first met this guy she never touched anyone again. She used to spend her weekends either hooking up, making out or grinding guys from parties, but since she met him she never drunk alcohol, never smoked, never partied and never has touched any guy again.

She really changed and she has eyes only for him.
The guys she usually hooked or fooled around with were the typical studs, well built, fit, handsome. The guy she likes looks pretty good, is fit, muscular but not too muscular, his personality is completly different that the other guys. He is shy, nice, friendly, quite, intelligent and adorable.

I know this guy too. And from what i see from him i like him. I can say that this guy is perfect for my friend and i want them to be together.

My friend doesn't have a reputation. No one knows about her sexual life, not even the guy she likes.

What we know is that this guy waits for the right girl to havd sex with her. My friend doesn't want to lie about her past. I think he likes her too, i saw him hugging my friend before he went home, after he turned around to go away he was bright red and smiled.

So here is the question.
What should she do?

    Actually she should have told him this before , now it is very complex situation. as you are explaining i can say now she have very deep feelings for him. but as i said it is a very complex situation, i think she should know what he thinks about this situation (promiscuous) ? meanwhile if you know him let him know what she has done in last 6 months not negative things but positive things like quitting alcohol and smoking , how much she likes him..
    but if he doesn't know that she was smoker or drinker or other bad habits than i don't this this relationship is going anywhere and most probably he will leave her.
    i think one should be honest in a relationship he/she should show pros and cons of him/herself. not only pros..

  • A great guy, would accept her no matter what her background and history is. That being said, him waiting for the right girl for sex, knowing she had sex with a lot of guys may not actual come out good. I do not really encourage lying but it's a 50 50 answer here. He might just stop liking your friend, or he might accept her. What he doesn't know wouldn't hurt him in this case.

    • Somehow i think that he would accept her, just a feeling of me. But i dont think he would like it to not know about her past. The main problem rather is, will he truly be able to accept her? Someone who waits for the right person might become really insecure if the girl they like has such a past. Especially because he is so innocent i am afraid it might affect him.

    • That's what I worry about too. He might be nice enough to accept her past, but not accept her. 20 guys is a lot of guys when he himself never had one. He might feel inferior or unexperienced, or feel that your friend might have a sexual disease or is dirty. He might think she will cheat on him eventhough she wouldn't. I'm just saying all these thoughts will come in. I'm sorry if I can't give a good answer. But if you friend really wants to be happy, she has to be selfish and keep it to herself. I'm sorry :/
