All of this is cheating to me, because my boyfriend and I communicated about what we define as cheating and this all falls under it, but honestly it depends on the agreements of your relationship - everyone should talk about what's okay and what's not because otherwise you'll have misunderstandings and someone's gonna get hurt

Sexting and intimate photos is kind of the line because their was intent there. All the others, apart from porn (which I don't consider an issue) and flirting (which can be used for other purposes eg. manipulation) could be merely incidental.

I don't consider it infidelity unless it involves physical contact. That being said, everything you listed would warrant a break up (and most likely result in one), simply because I find them all blatantly disrespectful.
