I can't add any personal experience or anything but since I've known and talked to a lot of girls and study a lot of things related to them.
Not every girl gets the pleasure the same as others, like, the sensitive parts, that feeling isn't the same for all. For example, chest, neck, back, penetration, clit, ass... I can tell you, for a woman to have orgasm by penetration alone, she has to be very wet only then you will feel no pain and will have orgasms.
