A turn off, yes. Something that has actually caused to be leave a girl? No, that's just super petty. Nobody is perfect, and we all have our physical flaws. If a guy leaves his girl over physical flaws, then really all he'll manage to accomplish is dumping a lot of people he could have had good times with.

That two diffrent questions. Acne is ok.. As long as there are no giant cyst that are going to burst on me... Cellulite is ok to an extent. If it looks like someone hit grandma with a bag of nickels then yes its a turn off.
