Yes they do exist, and as to how and where can you fulfil your fantasy of having sex under a mirror roof, either spend some extra money and get the interior decorated or go try finding the "Tunnel of Love" found in books and have sex after dismounting the boat or get yourself a rich dude who doesn't mind doing it for you

Why don’t you just buy some full body mirrors and tape them to the ceiling of the wall side by side? Much cheaper than installing a mirror roof AND it’s in your own bedroom which is better than some random place. Though, you could get a scare if you wake up in the middle of the night and look up
